Our Story
Yellow Tail Wood Studio is a Vancouver-based wood working business specializing in custom made-to-order pieces for your home.
Our studio was established by Aidan Ward in 2019 and is grown out of a deep appreciation for design and aesthetics. Aidan has a versatile background in graphic design, photography and residential lighting design. With roots in Tasmania, Australia, he initially moved to Canada in 2010. Since then he has established himself in Vancouver as a finishing carpenter and woodworker.
Yellow Tail Wood Studio started as a passion project and creative outlet and has since developed into a thriving local business.
